How we count
We show only outages that have already started. Distributors also
publish upcoming work — currently 176 outages affecting
15,621 customers are scheduled to
begin later and are deliberately excluded, because nobody is off supply yet.
Records whose estimated restoration passed more than 12 hours ago are treated as
finished and dropped.
